Shipping Information

At MRK Sales, Inc., we are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
Some specialty, oversized, or special-order items may require additional processing time. If this occurs, we will notify you promptly.

Shipping Methods

We ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers, including:

UPS
FedEx
USPS
Freight carriers for oversized or palletized shipments

The shipping carrier will be selected based on the size, weight, destination, and service level of your order.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

Package weight
Dimensions
Shipping destination
Selected shipping service

Any freight charges for oversized items will be clearly communicated before shipment when applicable.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has shipped.

Typical transit times are:

Standard Ground: 2–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: Based on the selected service selected at checkout

Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed due to weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.

If your package arrives damaged:

Note the damage with the carrier whenever possible.
Take photographs of the packaging and product.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with a claim or replacement.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or are missing items from your order, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

International Shipping

Please contact us before placing an international order. International shipping availability, rates, duties, taxes, and customs fees vary by destination and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
