• You ship your controller to our facility
• We diagnose, repair, and thoroughly test the unit
• We return the repaired controller to you

Typical lead time is 5–10 days for most repairs, excluding shipping time.

Important: If your controller cannot be repaired, you are responsible for return shipping fees.
