This is a repair service only. Please send your failed charger to us for diagnosis and repair.

How it works:
• You ship your charger to us
• We diagnose, repair, and test it
• We return it to you

Standard turnaround time is 5-10 business days for most repairs.

If your charger cannot be repaired, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

We may have a refurbished unit available for immediate exchange in select cases. A Core Fee applies. Contact us through this listing to inquire about expedited exchange options.
